Silver Primitives

A page of silver primitive pendants handcrafted from precious metal clay. Each pendant is one of a kind and is 99 percent pure silver after firing. Some have Moretti glass imbedded in them before they are fired. I call them "primitives" because each piece is a "first" and either a figment of my imagination or a piece of nature that I have wanted to preserve.
These little guys are all hung on a shorter 18" silver plated chain to fit in the hollow of your neck. The bales and rings are large enough to accept most other chains of your choice. SIL01 - Turquoise Nugget. 1" long silver pendant with imbedded nuggets of turquoise glass. - $20.00. Add to order	SIL02 - Cyclops. 1" round silver pendant with pale lavender glass "eyes" and "mouth". I'm not sure what I was thinking when I made this one! - $20.00. Add to order	SIL03 - Lacy. 1¼" long silver pendant set with three dragged multicolor glass beads and delicate lacy scroll work - $20.00. Add to order
SIL04 - Silver Leaf. A little 3/4" silver leaf shaped pendant with a red/hunter green streak of glass through the center. The top of the leaf has been wound with copper wire which also makes the bale. - $20.00. Add to order	SIL05 - Starburst. This silver pendant is about 1" long. It has a shooting star design on the face which has been toned with garnet color. - $20.00. Add to order	SIL06 - Turtle. Or it could be a bird! Pendant is 1" across and has a blue/red glass bead imbedded in the center of the back. - $20.00. Add to order
SIL07 - Abstract. The pendant is 3" long and is fairly heavy (approx 1/8 oz. of 99 pure silver). This can be anything your imagination wants it to be - I kind of see a little octopus . This is on an 18" antique sterling chain. - $40.00. Add to order	SIL11 - Butterfly Eye. A whimsical silver butterfly with a large "eye" in the center - it is 1¼" wide at the top and 3/4" long. - $20.00. Add to order	SIL12 - Ocean Lava. A piece of molten glass lies on a bed of silver - the color of the glass is a wonderful ocean bluegreen. The pendant is not quite 3/4" wide and 1" long. - SOLD.
SIL08 - Ivy Leaf. An actual ivy leaf in silver - it is 1¼" wide at the top and 1½" long. It is very light weight and hangs nicely. - SOLD!	SIL09 - Snowball Leaf. This leaf is 1" wide by 1¼" long and is made from the leaf of a Snow Ball bush. - SOLD!	SIL10 - Oak Leaf. The Oak is our national tree and has the most interesting leaf of all! This little leaf is 1½" long and approx 3/4" wide. All the veining in the leaf is very distinct. - $20.00 Add to order
SIL13 - Mapleleaf Rag. This piece is about 1½" by 1½". I would not suggest wearing this leaf on a silk shirt as the detail of the leaf has some sharp points on it that could catch on silk. It is delicate and very realistic. - $20.00. Add to order	SIL14 - Totem. This happy little totem pole is 1 3/4" long. He's made of three silver disks and the detail on his funky little circles is colored with aqua and bronze rubbing and he has a large black glass "eye". He seems like a "lucky" little guy and he's looking for a home. - SOLD.	SIL15 - Silver Button Disk. This piece has a 1 3/8" diameter. The design on it is from a VERY old button I found in my grandmother's button box. It has a high polish on the raised parts (and my fingerprints all over the back grin). This piece comes on a 24" sterling box chain. - $30.00. Add to order
